Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Yet everyone in the family is dressed up in blue. Actually, Howard Dean was the first guy I can remember who publicly laid out the plan: he was going to "take back the flag" and essentially make communism patriotic. They then switched the "red state/blue state" convention that everyone understood (despite the lying media's protests about precendent) and did essentially end up making good bad and bad good.

I’m sure she has pull with the Capitol Police asked for the protection from the “Evil Trump Supporters (ETS)” after the Capitol was “invaded” last week.
Plus, all the “ETS” can see that they can never get to her and to just give up. Optics - makes her look important.

They’re assuming there will be an incoming Biden administration. Same with Dominion. Notice that Dominion didn’t start threatening legal action until recently (at least not that I’m aware of) because they weren’t sure earlier whether or not Trump would remain in office. Now they think he won’t. All American Thinker had to do was wait a few days and they wouldn’t have had to issue their retraction.

I think it’s just in Washington at the moment because of all the high value targets there. How much they’re there to protect them and how much to prevent them from fleeing, who knows? I don’t think we’ll see large deployments in other cities unless/until riots start. There may already be small undercover units placed in Chicago and other cities ready to arrest high value individualss when given the go ahead.

As I understand it, it was for a Trump rally in Oklahoma. The meme portion was the printed announcement itself. I don’t know how the Q was inlaid/ overlaid into the flag.
