I looked up the rules of engagement for the National Guard troops in DC, and there are none.
“Cleared to use lethal force.”
That’s it.
The rest is up to the armed forces.
The troops in DC do not appear to be federalized.
As far as I can tell, they’re under the direct command of the National Guard Bureau Chief, General Daniel R. Hokanson, a combat veteran on the ground in DC.
Hokanson is answerable ONLY to Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller.
That means army brass can’t interfere.

Now the people protecting him can’t be called off except by Chris Miller.
Will people educate themselves?

My IRL friend came to this country 8 years ago. Was a lawyer in Moldova. Had 2 cows. One day they said “this one is our cow” they also forced him to do corrupt calls in court.
What it took to get his family here was crazy. Started off cleaning toilets. Became citizens.
We spoke today. He can’t believe everything going down. His voice didn’t sound good. “This is why we came here! This! This!”
I told him to be patient. Have faith.

this is all pretty exciting - except for gov employees, if we go back to the time there was no income tax, property tax, etc the size of government will needs be cut in half, or more.

While some may not agree with what these three gentlemen are saying, they certainly make thought provoking points. Very interesting.

Even before that happens, some of us will be pointing out that the TOTAL DEATHS from all causes ARE NOT SHOWING this type of increase at all ... though I do believe it will turn out there is some increase in 2020.
