Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

It sounds like the writer is the one expecting Jackazz to step down. I expect him and keep right on going. He thinks he’s untouchable.
It could be two possibly apparent background reasons:

I seem to recall Coolidge was up in Vermont or NH and the local county judge or someone like that swore him in when he found out about Harding dying.
I have seen only one in my part of Texas in the past 2 weeks. I think we're under flight routes between Ft. Hood and Ft. Worth. It's not uncommon to have 8-10/day fly over. Only seldom do we not see any. It's been very quiet since New Years Day.
