Mozilla, developer of the Firefox internet browser, has argued that more must be done to keep Donald Trump and other “bad actors” out of cyberspace, prompting many to vow to never use the group’s services again.
In a blog post titled ‘We need more than deplatforming’, the open-source software community said that Twitter’s decision to permanently ban Trump from its platform didn’t go far enough in weeding out “hate” on the internet. While blaming Trump for the “siege and take-over” of the US Capitol on January 6, the non-profit tech group argued that “white supremacy is about more than any one personality.”
“We need solutions that don’t start after untold damage has been done.Changing these dangerous dynamics requires more than just the temporary silencing or permanent removal of bad actors from social media platforms,” Mozilla wrote.

Pale Moon or Brave. Chrome collects personal data so I wouldn’t use it.

I’d appreciate recommendations for replacement browsers.
See my post # 77....thanks for answering my question.
I’ll get the browser and give a try.
I hope the Brave.com site can handle all the new traffic.
Deleted Mozilla and I am Firefox Free!
These people are really ignorant. If they are going to 'police' their users, then they open the door to be held liable for any bad acts of their users! Hint, lawyers always go after the DEEP POCKETS!
Chinese-style internet monitoring and restrictions are the next step to watch for. We are at the precipice. It’s just getting started.
+1

“Try Opera and Pale Moon, as a back-up.”
Isn’t Opera owned by the Chinese?
I'd like to know, too. Chrome isn't Chromium...right?
Its built on the chrome rendering engine or so the brower builders tell me. Google ‘ Spyware are not part of it
“I guess it’s full time to Brave for me.”
I’m still trying to figure out how to get the bookmarks to show up as a list on the left side.
Actually this is strike 2, look into what they did to their CEO.
I’m going to dump them now.
As an IT professional I have placed thousands of users on Firefox, made it the standard for entire companies.
Last straw.
Using Brave on tablet right now. Deleted FF awhile ago. Bloated crap browser.
Yup, that’s when I switched over to Brave. Brave works fine.
Mozilla should be outfoxed.
Bad actor ‘Mozilla’ calling half the country ‘bad actors.’
The sanctimonious hypocrisy is gold!
For desktop:
Go to dropdown "Menu"
Select "Bookmarks"
Check "Show Bookmarks"
I did the same thing, Firefox is evil, they continually reinforce it.
