2. The impeachment process moving from House to Senate.
BOTH of these moments will be interrupted by DECLAS to fully eliminate any and all credibility Congress has in impeaching or removing the President.
Habeas Corpus will be suspended, the military will interdict many out side the chambers and the US Marines will surround the Capitol.
There is no Constitution, only a Humpty Dumpty judicial system.

This is wrong. Twitter didn’t ban Rush, he PUBLICLY QUIT the platform in solidarity with PTrump. Rush is not the most popular person in the world, President Trump is, and I’m sure Dear Rush is happy to be number two in this case.

Turtle says impeachment won’t go anywhere in the Senate.

The Washington Post obtained the memo, and reported that the Senate “will not reconvene for substantive business until Jan. 19, which means the earliest possible date that impeachment trial proceedings can begin in the Senate is the day before President-elect Joe Biden is inaugurated.”
The Washington Examiner pointed out that this revelation means that McConnell is effectively handing the prospective new impeachment battle in the Senate to Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer (N.Y.), who will take over as Senate Majority Leader after the inauguration due to Republicans losing control of the Senate earlier this week.
If the second impeachment trial does occur, “there is also a question of who exactly would preside over a trial of a former president,” The Post stated.
The newspaper reported that according to McConnell’s memo, “Senate impeachment rules require Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. preside over a trial of a sitting president, but whether he would have to once Trump is no longer president is ‘unclear.’”

Lets work backwards.
There are certain things outside the Constitution. As long as the Constitution is in effect, nationwide martial law and military tribunals are a legal impossibility. Therefore, for them to occur the Constitution must be in a state of suspension.
What could cause suspension of the Constitution? Proven infiltration of key positions by China and other hostile actors, triggering a state of war.
Once the Constitution is suspended, Trump would have no official status except as military dictator, a role he would not relish. The role of military rulership would be handed off to a triumvirate of Army, Navy and Air Force general officers. They would run the show, run military tribunals for offenses against the nation and run a general purge of traitors.
However, simply handing the presidency to Trump afterward would also be outside the Constitution. That would require an election. Do-over elections are a rarity under the Constitution, and a presidential do-over would be totally outside it. So how does it get done?
With the Constitution suspended, the military would run a nationwide do-over election under its own rules, to include proof of identity, residency and citizenship. This would also include a do-over for the past decade or more, to include all federal, state, county and local positions, and even ballot questions that may have been fraudulently decided. Trump would not return to office until he won this do-over election, which he certainly would.
The length of military rule would also be a question, in that certain parts of the country would rebel against it even under a state of war. (Research the behavior of the New England states during the War of 1812.) We might be under military government until well into next year.

People who recovered from COVID-19 are likely to have “robust” and “long-lasting” immunity that lasts for years, a new study suggests.
According to research published in “Science,” people who recovered from COVID-19 have a very low risk of reinfection for at least five to eight months following contraction of the virus due to extremely high levels of immunity memory — but now it appears immunity lasts longer.
“There was a lot of concern originally that this virus might not induce much memory,” Shane Crotty, a researcher and a co-author of the paper, noted. “Instead, the immune memory looks quite good.”
After studying the blood samples from approximately 185 people who had previously contracted and recovered from COVID-19, researchers found that contrary to popular belief, 95 percent of participants’ antibodies and T-cell numbers only declined moderately after eight months following the original infection, resulting in longer-lasting immunity. Researchers also found that B-cell numbers, another component of maintaining immunity, remained fairly unchanged or sometimes even grew months after the patient’s recovery from the virus.
According to the study, the immunity memory created by these higher-than-anticipated antibody, T-cell, and B-cell numbers can help the body “restart antibody production and coordinate an attack against the coronavirus” quickly to prevent reinfection and potentially provide immunity for years, as it does with influenza, smallpox, and other diseases. Researchers were also quick to note that the same effect most likely applies to immunity that results from a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

CDPH wants Californians to stay within 120 miles of their residences except for “essential” travel. They also demand those gross “non-essential” travelers don’t come at all, but if they must, then they should quarantine for 10 days. Everyone traveling for anything should also quarantine for 10 days upon return to California.
