Q had referred to Red/Green Castle back in 2019.
If was a method of communications (comms) to use colors and symbols to not violate National Security laws.
Red/Green Castle—the red Castle symbol meant Army Corps of Engineers, who were located in North Greencastle IN.
Specifically, at the time in early 2019, it was in reference to Trump using the military funding to pay for the Wall, when Pelosi was trying to deny the funding for construction.
If it is green tonight, that would be an obvious “go” symbol.
