The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President;
Vice President Pence has NO OTHER authority but to follow what is put in the Constitution. I think what Rand Paul said is correct. If these Electors are contested then that could very well be the end of the ELECTORAL COLLAGE. Then it would always be by popular vote and do we want that? It is up to US to make the changes in each of our STATES.

Climbing up the window/divider (?) in a hallway of the Capitol is not “doing nothing” though it certainly did not deserve to get her shot in the back of the neck. If she had been a BLM rioter, this shot at an unarmed person would have resulted in a full blown riot.
