So it’s safe for the midshipmen of the Naval Academy and the cadets of the US military academy to march onto the field at the Army-Navy football game and then sit next to each other for several hours but it is not safe for them to march down Pennsylvania Avenue. I do not believe this. Biden simply does not want to have a parade as more people would probably come to support President Trump then to support him. ... if any spectators were allowed.
