What are the websites with the DC webcams?
Webcams:
DC traffic cameras: http://app.ddot.dc.gov/ (I think this is an app but works fine as website on my mobile phone. I didn’t download the app.
https://www.earthcam.com/usa/dc/washingtonmonument/?cam=wamo This is a camera at top of the Washington Monument. It shows all the way down the Mall. It’s not working for me, but that might be because I’m on phone.
