I believe he received that phone call. I believe him when he talks about the 'psychic', though I don't like that he relied on her statement as if it supported his theory. I could have done without that one.
But all in all, there is no reason to believe he's not telling the truth. I'd be curious to know if the body had 'garrote' marks on the neck. Also, the tazer marks are extremely telling and supportive of his theory.
The Ghislaine Maxwell connection (photo and lawyer) fit in nicely with the world that we now know exists. The brother thing is also interesting, and fits.

Did you know that in 2016, CBS did a documentary where they stated the the brother killed his little sister?
A modern day interpretation of that event says that the derps, through their propaganda arm, tried to deflect the Ramsey case onto the brother and away from them.
