I believe he is completely telling the truth. Homicide detectives are usually the best and brightest of a law enforcement agency. Excellent investigators and they must be completely believable on the witness stand. They are in that position for a reason. No kooks allowed.

I believe he received that phone call. I believe him when he talks about the 'psychic', though I don't like that he relied on her statement as if it supported his theory. I could have done without that one.

But all in all, there is no reason to believe he's not telling the truth. I'd be curious to know if the body had 'garrote' marks on the neck. Also, the tazer marks are extremely telling and supportive of his theory.

The Ghislaine Maxwell connection (photo and lawyer) fit in nicely with the world that we now know exists. The brother thing is also interesting, and fits.

Okay, my curiosity got me off my lazy ass. A quick google search brought me to several crime scene photos of JonBenet. They're not for the squeamish. I'll post the link so you can go look at them all. But here's one. Definitely garrote marks and tazer marks.

The photos fit that homicide cops version to the tee.
