It’s important to examine Canada’s possible role in the fraud being uncovered in the US, but equally as important to examine Canada’s past elections given the role of Dominion Voting Systems. Is it any surprise Venezuelan and Cuban money are the main funders behind Dominion Voting Systems?
Elections Canada, is an Independent Federal Agency in Canada. Elections Canada claims to be “Headed by the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada, Elections Canada is an independent, non-partisan agency of Parliament. Its primary task is to be prepared at all times to administer an electoral event.” The Chief Electoral Officer is supposed to be bipartisan. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
In Canada, Federal elections solely use hand-counted paper ballots. Some Provincial elections use paper ballots, while other provinces have introduced computer ballot counting (vote tabulators). The Northwest Territories experimented with Internet voting for absentee voting. Dominion Voting Systems have been used in these municipalities and Provinces-with significant technical issue’s.
Dominion Voting Systems is Canada’s largest election system provider, with deployments nationwide. Dominion provides optical scan paper ballot tabulation systems for provincial elections, including Ontario and New Brunswick. Dominion also provides ballot tabulation and voting systems for Canada’s major party leadership elections, including the Liberal Party of Canada, the Conservative Party of Canada, and the PC Party of Ontario.

Another follow up, two parts, on the “Russian” hacking... some perhaps useful to the tech gurus out there, some of it for the gumshoes. Please forward, at will, to your tech security buds.
I. This was commented on 16 November coincident with my first indications of errors...
A. First hit was on a now safely pickled linux (Ubuntu) machine:

B. The log indications are time coincident with my postings on an election hacking thread that was focused on Scytl and, on 16 Nov, was addressing links to the Russian company, Paragon, and its subsidiary Service Point Solutions... the Russian companies that bought Scytl... the Spanish elections services company with known linkages to Soros’s operations and the source of the mysterious “Frankfurt Server” issue.
The shell game in corporate ownership apparent here parallels other instances (Dominion, Hart, Smartmatic) in the elections hack, and is a key part of the dodge in security plans... so, this hack includes elements in social hacking, where trusted sources are sold, and new owners insert code, co-mingle access with subsidiaries, re-route traffic... defeating the trust that has been established.
It is wrongly assumed new owners financial interest will be enough to ensure preserving a legacy of trust. In this instance, neither CFIUS nor CISA noticed a Russian company had taken control of Scytl prior to the election. But, the Russians might have been duped ? The New York VC company likely holds the key... and, then, poking at it, I got hacked...
But, the capacity exploited already existed... was created BEFORE Russia bought it ? Look backwards, at dispositions of existing capabilities that are functionally preserved, as well as forward to those acquired. Scytl was probably running the comms organizing and controlling the BLM riots... and that’s why it went broke... enabling it to be bought out of BK by the Russians. Very convenient.
So, Russians ? Or, Deep State ?
Scytl’s origins: VC roots tied to Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Microsoft, etc., by the responsible VC parents. But, the same day as the “Russian” hack, I had ALSO addressed other Deep State RELATED subjects that also might have set someone off, eventually leading to the exposure of the “SolarWinds” hacking adventure:

As far as I’m aware, the Russians have never found it useful either to directly threaten me, or try to kill me...

At this point, Johnson offers a revelation even more shocking.
There is another actor that played a crucial role in this operation and it is Leonardo, an Italian government company leader in the aerospace and defense sector.
Once that the hackers created the new algorithms to switch more votes from Trump to Biden, they sent “these new numbers back up to a Italian military satellite operated by Leonardo” claims Mr. Johnson.(Johnson is former CIA intel guy—hopefully he's one of the good guys at the company)
After been doing this, the new manipulated data were sent back to the Dominion voting machines in the US.
Therefore, if this version is correct, the Italian government would be directly involved in this attack.
Leonardo's largest shareholder is the Italian government, because the Italian ministry of Economy owns 30% of this company.
Leonardo CEO, Alessandro Profumo, was appointed in 2017 by the former Italian PM Gentiloni, apparently involved in the Spygate as will be mentioned later, and confirmed in 2020 by Conte’s incumbent government.
Mr. Profumo was also recently found guilty for committing fraud by an Italian court and he received a six-year jail sentence.
Therefore, Conte’s government would have played a decisive role in the hacking operation because it would have allegedly provided Leonardo's technology to perpetrate a direct attack against the US sovereignty.
In this regard, it is important to mention that Conte’s government was among the first international executives which forwarded their congratulations to Joe Biden, when there was no , and there is still not , official confirmation of his alleged victory.
Yes. This was cooked up by Democrat leaders of the House and Senate... a long time ago. They were not very clever in trying to keep it a secret.
With lack of resistance, over time, they simply assumed there would be none, and became bolder, even less secretive, and were encouraged by their “successes” to do even more.
