Believe it or not, Bigfoot has been reportedly spotted in Colorado more than 100 times in recent years, including one notable daylight spotting that occurred in Summit County, Colorado.
During this summer 2019 spotting, a daytime hiker was taking a break near an old log cabin in the area of Mayflower Gulch near Frisco when he spotted something odd at about 11,000 feet of elevation. He reports seeing a large bipedal creature attempting and failing to climb a 20-foot high snow wall. After the failed attempt at scaling the barrier, the creature moved on and out-of-sight.
The hiker was joined by two others to conduct a search of the area. During this search, the group was able to locate prints in the snow, including large hand prints and foot prints, which were photographed. That being said, they were unable to again locate the actual creature.
Summit County is no stranger to Bigfoot sightings, with multiple sightings in the area having been reported in the past. One notable local finding was covered by Summit Daily in 2003, sparked by the discovery of a mysterious footprint near Buffalo Mountain.

Well, I saw a creature that I believe most people would say was Bigfoot. In England, of all places. It was broad daylight, a sunny afternoon, and we (myself and the 9 year old girl I was taking care of) stared at it from a distance of about 90-100 feet for a good five minutes as it sat in the dappled shade of a small tree, looking out over a meadow or pasture. No, it couldn’t have been a person in a coat, blanket or costume, it was far too big. No, it wasn’t a cow or horse or other mammal, it was definitely a primate with eerily human features. I wasn’t high, drunk, tired or anything else. My eyesight (and hers I assume - neither of us wore glasses) was excellent.
So what do you say to that?
I dunno...why would Bigfoot try to climb a sheer wall to go south (or is it north) when all he had to do was walk 100 yards east to an easier climb? Surely Bigfoot would know the terrain. And he seemed pretty active in spite of the people they think ‘spooked’ him. They had an iphone for print pixs but no creature pix, not even of the ‘south ridge’ sighting? Call me a skeptic
looking west, I saw a very large brown biped approach
walked on two legs very briskly to the right,
I later saw this brown biped from time to time walking above the snow cornice southbound.
Tried only once, then moved laterally to right off snow. Then moved very briskly to north almost running.
Squatch probably has a much bigger brain...
Why don’t you guys buy some trailcams? Settle the issue.

I should have checked before posting. Here it is. Match up between Kodiak bear and Bigfoot.

“..why would Bigfoot try to climb a sheer wall “
He planned on kicking steps but the snow had not consolidated and would not support his weight.
So on to plan B.
And the grizzly’s leave them alone?
I haven’t checked Youtube for the match up but I just don’t see things going well for bigfoot against a grizzly.
...unless it has secret service protection.
Actually there are been stories where it is quite the opposite. Witnessed by several Alaskans including a man and his son on a boat. They saw a grizzly walk in the shoreline and then they saw it run like it was in fear for its life, moments later supposedly one of these things stepped out on the beach.
I’m not sure I want to watch that...
The Hispanics here in the Barrio are still blowing off fireworks; and I’m going to (fitful) sleep.
Bigfoot saw me but no one believes him.
“...according to a report” :)
Yes, and isn’t it amazing that nobody ever seems to gather any samples of scat or of fur/hair?
The guy gave the match up to Bigfoot. Please don’t tell anyone I watched that.
...btw, one of the comments following the video mentioned a story about a bear being chased by a sasquatch.
Have to say 2021 is off to a colorful start.
Like horseshoes, close enough.
How many humans would it take to keep our species alive? One scientist’s surprising answer
Then he used the program, dubbed Heritage, to simulate the risks a spacefaring population would face, including the effects of inbreeding as well as of catastrophic events like a deadly pandemic or being hit by some celestial object. A paper about his research was published in February in the Journal of the British Interplanetary Society.
The magic number
The number Marin came up with is 98. Just 98 healthy people would be needed to operate the ship over many generations and to set up a healthy (non-inbred) population on another world, he estimates. That number holds even for his test case of a space ark mission lasting more than 6,000 years, although he allows for the population aboard the ark to grow over time —
up to about 500, perhaps.

Happy New Year!
That’s absurd and you must know that.
There is NO room for a bad disease spreading or the death due to hardship.
He’s an idiot
You need to get out in the wilderness more often.
I don’t go in the mountains. I’m in the valley. Can’t hike any more.
Sad to hear. Maybe you could employ some local teens to install such trailcams. I know I woulda been thrilled as a teen to be involved in such an endeavor.
But it’s good to see your posts on this constitutional subject, the secondary death rattles of a dying republic.
