More thoughts this morning...
On Nov 3, an election was held in Georgia.
The result of that election was that the 2 contested US Senate seats would need to be concluded at a later date in a “run-off” as proscribed in the Georgia Constitution.
Meanwhile, a large-scale fraud was exposed regarding that Nov 3 election resulting in thousands of ballot being found to be fraudulent.
At this time, the disposition of these ballots is unknown.
Let us speculate that, sometime after January 6 the fraudulent ballots are nullified and the results are reverted to the count at the moment counting was halted on Nov 3/4.
Trump wins!
Yay!
Now, the runoff election takes place and an election of 2 US Senators is made.
Off to DC, right?
Wait!
The run-off was held because of a fraudulent count.
What if the Jan 5 run-off is not decided by Jan 6?
Should it have even happened according to the decision to revert to the “midnight” count amount?
But, it DID happen so which election should be used?
Can the Jan 5 election be mooted?
Both are legitimate elections although the first was fraudulent.
They both can’t be legitimate, only one as one affirms the other.
The Nov 3 election has been found illegitimate.
If the January run-off is made moot according to the Nov 3 “reversion”, what does that mean to the Jan 6 Senate vote for the Electors?
Are there 2 un-elected Senators voting?
Are there 2 legitimately elected Senators NOT seated.
Is there a lack of Senate representation for Georgia in that joint-meeting?
Recall, Loeffler will be seated, with or without the election.
The 2 US Senator positions from the State of Georgia are deeply twisted into the January 6 joint meeting.
The Nov 3 GA fraud must be CLOSED before Jan 6.

Lin has taken aim at CJ Roberts head on. He is trying to generate some response. Potentially, if Ireland would indict Roberts for a felony he could become unsupportable in an impeachment case; IOW he would likely resign.
If, as I believe, it was Roberts that cut off acceptance of the huge state vs state election case, it makes my long term case that Prez Trump should have nominated one of his court candidates as Chief Justice! I don't believe the position of CJ is for life; Roberts has done almost incalculable damage to the Republic. IMO Roberts should have been impeached long ago - not for what he believes but because he was a stealth candidate, a scam artist. It might be worthwhile to get GW Bush's reaction to his nominee.
