Lin has taken aim at CJ Roberts head on. He is trying to generate some response. Potentially, if Ireland would indict Roberts for a felony he could become unsupportable in an impeachment case; IOW he would likely resign.
If, as I believe, it was Roberts that cut off acceptance of the huge state vs state election case, it makes my long term case that Prez Trump should have nominated one of his court candidates as Chief Justice! I don't believe the position of CJ is for life; Roberts has done almost incalculable damage to the Republic. IMO Roberts should have been impeached long ago - not for what he believes but because he was a stealth candidate, a scam artist. It might be worthwhile to get GW Bush's reaction to his nominee.

Correct, and with each Tweet he goes further. He may have put out a red herring about Epstein to try to get a response.
I bet Roberts stays quiet, which is all he has to do. He’s protected as long as he follows orders. At least, he thinks he’s protected...

Impeachments start in the House and given that the House is controlled by the Democrats, removal of Roberts is a non-starter.
I think Roberts is unstable....oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive....
