Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I agree that the eagle does not represent Clinton. I think it represents the white hat military intelligence.
The picture might mean that they see what is below the surface of the ice that the deep state is trying to keep hidden. I think ice is probably both figurative and literal in this context.
Or maybe something about DS actors being imprisoned in a prison in Iceland that MonkeyWerx has hypothesized exists.

Residents called the cops and left the area!
Says there was a report of a suspicious vehicle at 6am today.

I won't go in to a slide here - I have posted here on this before - but the Tolkien estate enforced their copyright and refused to allow me to publish the Dictionary for any earnings - so I posted it on the web... about five years of work that kept me off of FR during a good bit of the GW Bush Admin.
