Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

If she is not an MD but is a PhD, is she a Dr. Doctor? Like Dr. Jill?

Too hard to take a selfie with him now because..well...because. So the only reason I can see for concealing Bill's death would be to somehow wait to release the information when the Deep State "needs" to delay the January 6 electoral vote count, or some other key step in acknowledging Trump's win, by displacing it with a state funeral.

Yes. Trump made several statements about how he played both sides of the aisle to get what he needed to get done. He contibuted to both parties. He did what needed to be done to get his way.
He has always had vast insights on how the game is played and not just in any given city, in NYC. And he had his own intelligence people.
But he picked some douchewad for his VP.
