Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Once we achieve herd immunity, it will peter out on its own due to more people being immune than not. There are simply fewer vectors of transmission.

I don’t see where the DNI is obliged to deliver anything to Congress. The EO seems pretty clear about to whom he’s to deliver the report. Is there a section I haven’t read correctly?
