Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Texas was a great case for exhibiting a nationwide coalition of states (which it succeeded in doing!) ... but the WRONG CASE for the SCOTUS to consider.
The precedent would have been AWFUL.
PLEASE CONSIDER: If this precedent were set, RAT states would go to SCOTUS to stop other states from allowing fracking, allowing cars, selling guns & ammo.

BTW I wonder what was in this bill that was so bad, other than not removing Section 230 as Trump asked. I read it also includes re-naming Mil bases that are named after Confederate Generals, that Trump did not want, but that would not benefit the ChiComs.

Erasing our common history demoralizes us. Well, it demoralizes ME, so my assumption is, I can’t be the only one. It actually pisses me off, but since I can’t do a thing about it I am demoralized.
Which raises an interesting question 1) am I so demoralized that I roll over to a communist takeover or 2) I’m so pissed off that no communist dare raise his head in front of my piece of grass?

FRee Association. Individuals associating good things and understanding bad things and speaking honestly to the best of their knowledge about bad and recognizing their mistakes of perception and why they make them when they make them.
Texas is not retooling the lawsuit. They were turned down due to lack of standing.
Other parties could potentially use some of the same arguments that Texas made, but SCOTUS will have the discretion to hear them (or not).
IMO, SCOTUS will most likely use every procedural tool at their disposal to not get involved, because they don’t want to be accused of “selecting” the President.

Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order on Foreign Election Interference
Lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that due to alleged foreign interference in the Nov. 3 election, “it’s more than sufficient to trigger” President Donald Trump’s executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.
In September 2018, Trump signed an executive order that says “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election,” according to the text of the order.
Powell told The Epoch Times she believes due to that executive order, it can give Trump “all kinds of power … to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines,” referring to voting machines.
“Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell added. “Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth.”
