Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I think what they’re saying is that they’re submitting this motion without having had the Court solicit any such briefs and without the filing requirements with regards to (1) time and (2) form; not that they’re saying the Texas filing was filed incorrectly (though a couple Sidney filings failed such things lol)

ABOVE I suggested the REEEE submission by the RAT states & territories actually increases the possibility that the SCOTUS takes the Texas case - a poster on TD adds that their submission relying on COURT rulings etc. actually furthers justification in a way they might not have considered being that the COURTS are not supposed to be serving those roles which are relegated by the Constituion to the State Legislatures.
CHAPMAN: Prof. appears on David Brody show to explain he thought important that Trump is seeking to intervene as affected candidate rather than acting as POTUS which would be reflected in a filing by D_J that would otherwise be expected in such manners. I think this is good optics except & until D_J were to bring charges against fraud, etc.
