Because of where I work, we deal a lot with university professors. Many are PhDs. I can guarantee that if I address one of them as anything other than ‘Doctor’, they will inform me quickly that they are a doctor.
Snobbery, yes. But they all do it. And have for a very long time. As someone noted, Dr. King did not have a medical degree, but was still addressed and referred to as ‘Doctor’. And no, I do not feel that Jill Biden and Martin Luther King Jr. have made equal contributions to society.
In a side note, considering the discussion of Rev. Warnock’s stance on abortion, color me surprised to find out that Planned Parenthood awarded Dr. King their Margaret Sanger Award in 1966!

The burden of proof then, that there was no fraud, is up to the Biden campaign. The states then have 3 options in the next 2 weeks, they can go to the district court then the court of appeals, or fix the vote. It doesn't look like the SC would take this up. On Jan 6 Pence can tear up, just like Nancy, the slate of fraudulent electors. So they will not be counted.
