My limited understanding is that Texas didn’t have standing.
It appears NO ONE has standing.
Step ONE....
When you're looking at a tweet, there are three dots, in the upper right hand corner. Click on those three dots....
Step TWO...
After clicking the dots, you'll see this....one option is Embed Tweet....click on that....
That will take you to a new page....
Step three....
Click on Copy code....
Voila! You can now paste the coded copy into your post, along with any images, bold lettering, etc. and....the tweet will then be a clickable, direct link, to that tweet.
I've seen a few asking for the tweet link, so this may help with folks trying to click on the actual tweet link you've posted.
Let me know if this does/doesn't make any sense.

The courts are hopelessly corrupt.
Judges are bought and paid for.
You advance if you play the game, and to keep you in the game, you are blackmailed.
We will not see profiles in courage on January 6th in Congress. Maybe in the House, but not in the Senate.
So it will be up to Trump and the military to present the evidence, and to maintain order in the aftermath.
At this point, a clear presentation of the fraud with proofs has to be shown to the American people, to prevent Biden and Harris from taking power on Jan. 20th.
The corrupt Democrats and their corrupt media allies, along with certain foreign enemies, sense this is their high water mark.
They can taste victory.
Whatever Trump has in the hat, he needs to pull it out NOW.

the foundational filing was TEXAS.. the rest were all hangers on... and if the motion was brought by one and others “agreed to the filing”... they automatically don’t have standing, IF the petitioner is deemed NOT to have standing.
they did NOT say they would not or did not want to see the evidence... they said the petitioner... did not have standing, NOT that the evidence was inadequate.
