I’m starting to think that Facebook wants to hire foreigners not so much to save money, but to massively censor people here in the States. They don’t seem to have problems spending money. Spending $30K - $50K more per junior programmer won’t hurt them at all.
American hires would figure out that they’re working on censoring algorithms rather quickly. Many would talk about it regardless of political persuasion. Facebook can’t afford that. They need people capable of developing what they need, but aren’t very familiar with American culture/politics to understand *exactly* what they’re doing.
Indians that can barely speak English and have some experience with AI would be perfect for their plans (AI has been made to be pretty easy to work with thanks to easier to use languages like Python and massive libraries of AI code). They’re pretty shy when they work here for their first couple of years. They’ll put their head down and do whatever they tell them to do. They wouldn’t talk.
The only reason I think that is due to what I know about their American hires. I know for a fact that they pay good money for people with VR or robotics experience. Even the H1Bs for those projects are getting paid fairly. Most of those rejections are probably Americans they can’t hire to work on their various filtering/censoring plans.
I’m speculating of course, but the speculations are based on things I know for a fact about that company.
Its a struggle to make my bed in the morning but I do it to try to start my day with something structured. Laundry...well ....better not to ask.

Military Tribunals are much quicker because the defendants are not allowed to use expensive lawyer tricks to drag out cases for 5 years, nor stack the jury with “libtard jury selection”.
If found guilty, they can file appeal after appeal and drag it out for another 5 yeeeears.
In Military Tribunals the Judges and Jury are Military Officers.
Also the MSM is not allowed in Military Tribunals to write FakeNews.

Based on the time I spent as a local and state committee member, it’s difficult to find *good* people to run for office. HA. Too much politics involved. HA. Which is exactly why I resigned my positions.
To all my FRiends beyond the trees and trolls of every shape and size. To derp state enablers, Shleprocks, and surrender monkeys one and all.
