Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I’m not saying Q is infallible. I am saying that Trump came in with a plan, and has a great team the names of which we may not know, or all of them, and knew they election would be stolen. So Trump and team and not floundering, or in danger of losing, and he is not alone.

I am angry. I called my Senator Cornyn’s office. First time I have gotten a real person. The more I talked the more angry I got and used some salty language. Two cups of coffee makes me aggressive. After my tirade, I hear from the other end “Hello, hello, hello. I can’t hear you so I am disconnecting this call.” I do have sketchy reception but I wonder how much she heard. I think maybe enough. I called back and it was only a voice mail. Called Senator Cruz and thanked him for speaking out. Emailed Lindsey G. and McConnell. I think Kerik’s comments got me and I agree with if they don’t get off their butt and work Trump shouldn’t go there and put up a farce of unity. Graham’s saying he hasn’t seen evidence or whatever he said on Fox made me angry. Begging conservatives for money to win. Wins and throws Trump under the bus. I didn’t watch so it may not be exactly that way.
I didn’t do chemo, knew it would take me out. Just one month of tamoxifen was bad enough.
