Reading that doc it isn’t a vote certification it’s a machine cert just says that what is fed in actually results in what comes out. Nothing about if you feed in additional data or bad data. Until a forensic audit of all the electronic signals in and out of the machine is conducted no way of knowing what the machine sent election night. You can make it spit out the standard calculation for a batch of test ballots all day.

There is a story-lesson behind that black & white bull calf named Norman. Independence day 2019, my brother called me to see if I had milk replacer because he had just picked up an orphan calf. I said no but I just bought 3 gallons of real cow milk. He said he would check the local Ace hardware store. I already knew they wouldn’t have it & I told him to bring me the baby calf.which he ended up doing. That baby calf almost died but the people that found him named him Norman, my brothers middle name. We prayed hard, worked hard, we are blessed and he lives. #starOfTheShow
