Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I don’t think he meant to redo the election. I think he means that all future elections should be in person paper ballots only ... no electronics.
I disagree with this completely. There is a first time for everything ... I actually 100% disagree with the President :-)!!! The reason why electronic voting is a mess in this country is because the companies that were selected designed fraud into their systems.
If a team wanted to make a secure system to capture and tally votes securely, it can be done. The key to making a reliable, secure system is to keep it simple, don’t use things you wouldn’t *have* to use (like an OS), and make sure the only input devices present are absolutely necessary. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A VOTING MACHINE CONNECT TO THE INTERNET (I still cannot believe this was NOT part of the national discourse ... these scummy pieces of garbage snuck that permission into law when it should have been discussed).
Nothing is ever 100% secure. However, going back to paper ballots means that all old Democrat techniques for corrupting the vote remain in play. The goal is to keep ballots out of the hands of the idiots that would corrupt the count. If they’re all paper, people will have to count them. That is not good. I think machines can help!
The system they have here in PA (I think they’re Dominion) would be great if it wasn’t designed by corrupt asshats and the systems weren’t monitored by cheating fiends. One machine is used to make selections. It prints your vote on a paper ballot. That ballot is what you cast into the machine that tabulates. The ballot is not made official until it is cast. In theory, it is a great system ... you get fast tabulation and a paper trail.
Of course, if the security at the polling location is terrible, anyone can walk in, print a ballot, submit it, and add a false vote. If the poll workers are corrupt, they can print out several false ballots in no time, run them through the tabulator, and nobody would know that they were fake votes. I can almost guarantee you this happened in polling locations in all of the swing states. That’s also why some polling locations were running out of ink at night!
That’s why we need some kind of method where a voter brings a sort of “key” to unlock permission to cast a single vote ... this key must be submitted with the ballot. The key would not identify the voter in any way, shape, or form. It is merely used to identify “permission to submit one ballot”.
I have a few other ideas as to how one might make a pretty secure system that allows people to choose their candidates, print a ballot, cast it, and know that their vote is counted properly without any floating point (fractional) nonsense :-). Humans would still be part of the process, but nobody would be able to touch a single ballot.
One way to prevent hacking is to use an FPGA with a soft-core CPU instantiated for program execution (you can also design logic on the same chip to do things like drive a display, drive a printer, interpret touches on a touch screen ... I’ve been designing them for 20 years ... they’re pretty secure, not 100% mind you, but, again, nothing is secure). You can decrypt code on the fly in the FPGA and not miss a single beat ... even if a hacker were to probe the CPU’s memory, all they’d see is nonsense. That’s just the 50,000 foot view of the system :-). There’s more details, but they’d be boring.
Bottom line, I feel that we need machines in place of humans when it comes to counting votes. Again, the problems with the machines are more due to the scummy companies these politicians chose to make them for obvious reasons. If we have people do the counting, we are going to be right back knee deep in fraud in no time.
I’m going for it. I’m finding myself searching for words on the tip of my tongue here lately. Need to remedy that.

However, it might also be related to el Presidente de Mexico. He’s one of the only leaders that is saying that he wants to wait until everything is settled before congratulating either Presidential candidate. That would certainly torque the Deep State off.

What an incredible man. I was so skeptical of him in 2016... then I changed my citizenship for him.

I read Wood’s twitter daily for a few weeks, and he did clarify what he meant about voting in the runoff, he said he is not voting because the election will be just as corrupt as the general. There are many Dems who now support Trump. If Wood is honest, he will address this, now that Breitbart is making all this public.
They are indeed getting nervous. I was accidentally listening to a CBS news broadcast tonight...they are conditioning their audience to revolt against Trump. They as media know that the end game of SCOTUS and 12th Amendment will need an insurrection...
