Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Can his ruling be appealed? I believe so

Sentence structure is confusing.
It appears that the Governor is to transmit to the SOS tha Trump is the winner, not Biden.
The SOS should take appropriate Constitutional action if he believes that the people of GA have elected differently than that.

In sum, the Court agreed that enough fraudulent ballots were cast at the time of Trump’s lead to negate those votes.
None represented REAL voters of GA.
