Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Dude if you knew how many of us pilot types hate heights you would not post that... FreeQin out ...initially. Breathing easier now! My wife had me take her up on the Hot Springs viewing tower on our honeymoon then HAD TO GO OUTSIDE BY THE RAIL! She still brings it up and laughs at me whenever we get together with friends and family! Great pic though!

That’s a proposed judgment which is part of the brief. It doesn’t become a judgment until the judge’s signature is at the bottom.

I agree that without a signature it is questionable.
After a quick run through of the pdf of Powell’s filing document, I do not find the “proposed judgment”.
What page of the filing did you find the posted “proposed judgment”?

IT just occurred to me that if there’s evidence of foreign tampering and involvement in “the steal”, then the real legal action could all be behind the scenes in the FISA court. We might not even hear about it. That’s why PTrump yesterday said “well I know the answer but I’m not ready to tell YOU yet” when badgered about what will happen on Jan 20.
