On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was riding in his open-top motorcade in Dealey Plaza, in Dallas, Texas when he was struck by multiple gunshots and killed.
Former U.S. Marine Lee Harvey Oswald was believed, by the prevailing accounts, to have been responsible for firing the shots from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building, which struck Kennedy in the neck and head as his motorcade passed through the plaza at 12:30 p.m. that day. According to History.com, Oswald is believed to have fired three shots, with two hitting and fatally wounding Kennedy and another shot hitting and wounding then-Texas Governor John Connally. Oswald was arrested in connection with the assassination but was shot and killed two days later.
The shots that killed Kennedy were caught on film and the shocking footage has seen decades of speculation and conspiracy theories about what truly happened that day. Witness Abraham Zapruder captured some of the closest footage of the shooting, in what would come to be known as the “Zapruder Film.”

“.... I believe that Lee H. Oswald acted alone.”
That is the official story, and until proved otherwise you are considered right. Now that aside, we know the federal government never lies, just ask Ted Stevens or Tokyo Rose (who was pardoned by Gerald Ford)...except they are both dead...or never withholds information or files false charges (ask General Flynn’s replacement attorneys). I have read a few books on the Kennedy-Oswald, and there are some peculiar facts that suggest something not right that Oswald acted alone and unanswered questions that seem relevant. But each time, the authors just can’t close the deal and disprove the official story. Not sure we will ever know.
With regards to how many times JFK went to Dallas, I am not seeing the point of how that question would prove that Oswald acted alone. Depending on the conspiracy theory (Cuba, Russia, Russia through Cuba, the mafia, Cuba through the mafia, Vietnam, LBJ, etc), your questions might be answered numerous ways, if applicable to a certain conspiracy theory. Also, there was a plot to kill JFK in Chicago prior to Dallas. If one gets any benefit out of the conspiracy theories, it is the further background details and facts about the case and different players that might not be in the official report.
This brought tears to my eyes. Horrible.
Where did the killer get the skill to pull off that shot?
We went to Dealy Plaza a few years ago and never realized how close to the street it was (from the snipers nest). It would have been pretty easy.......sigh
Oh gee, I’ll just ride with the car top down, what could possibly go wrong?
Wow.... very moving.
People will hide their guns.
Sigh....
so much ignorance in these “highly educated” generations.
Everything they know is from what they have been told.
Nothing of import, occurred before they arrived on the scene.
What passes for education today, is truly, a travesty.
Pray.
Yet the same western commies LOVE WESTERN CAPITALISM!
Yet the same western commies LOVE WESTERN CAPITALISM!
That's two questions. :)
1. To my knowledge, just the one.
2. If it was a conspiracy, one could reasonably speculate that Dallas was chosen because that's where the planned patsy lived. Also, the setup was good, probably better than Washington D.C. because it was a new location not well known to the Secret Service and thus a place where Kennedy didn't have his usual level of protection.
I'm sure that Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy that day; it's just that I'm not sure he was the ONLY one who shot Kennedy that day.
The first shot hit him in the neck area and he grabbed his neck and was having trouble breathing and he leaned way over forward. The second shot apparently missed. But look at the third shot, and second hit on film. He's bent way over and then he jerks backward violently and part of his head was violently blown to the rear. I don't think there's any doubt about that whatsoever, Now, there's only two ways that could make him jerk back violently. One is a shot from the front, which would have to be from a second shooter. The other is that a bullet from the rear hit his brain and caused his muscles to involuntarily jerk him backward violently. Try this yourself: sit in a chair and lean way forward. Now jerk yourself back as hard as you can. You'll have trouble jerking yourself backward as violently as Kennedy jerked backward.
And then a question for you: Why did Jack Ruby feel so compelled to kill Oswald? It's always bothered me.
Unfortunately, the feds botched things up when they took the body back to D.C. and let a couple of amateurs perform the autopsy instead of leaving it for professional pathologists and murder investigators in Dallas.
I remember it like it was yesterday. Awful! It brought us the President who we still have not recovered from, Johnson, the worst President since Buchannan.
PaPa Bush didn’t know where
He was at That time.
2 other known plots (In Chicago and Tampa) to kill JFK in the weeks just prior to Dallas were broken up. No. 3, the Dallas attempt, was successful.
Thanks. I’d forgotten about those.
..standing on the Sixth Floor in 1992, right next to the corner window, you could see how someone with rifle experience could make those shots. The museum guide agreed...

Did you go into the

Do You Target shoot?
Watching the traffic patterns, a Marine would
Have shot as the Vehicle
Was Slowing down to make
The Left turn.
Oswald could have taken
Out the Driver and the rest
Of the passengers easily.

Fish in a Barrel!
He shot JD Tippet. He tried to kill Dallas police officers when they apprehended him in the Texas theater, hense the black eye. We can also add in that the rifle found in the place he worked in was also his. Ballistics matched the Connelly bullet with the General Walker bullet. He did it. I think he had support to try to escape, but Tippet screwed that up. Ruby was an anomaly.
dont forget the “magic bullet”
