Sidney Powell just confirmed on Glenn Beck's Show that the server recovered in Germany was in fact seized by the U.S. Military,
Good point. If they do not sue for defamation that would tell us something.
“The bad guys ALREADY were operating the servers in Germany. They could have cleaned out the software on morning of Nov 4th.”
Nope... this is most likely an ongoing op from years.
“She is a con artist keeping this story going in order to get speaking fees.”
Maybe, but if she’s got the goods as they say, you’re gonna be shown as quick to judge. Best bet, LET IT PLAY OUT, we will all know soon enuf. This isn’t a docudrama on ABC.
it COULD be that “we” (who, exactly?) has the servers
but
they were in a foreign country and presumably their operators would not willingly just give them away
so ...
they probably had to be taken by force.
the article mentions that the ‘US Miliary” took the servers.
that would be force but... it is seriously doubtful that the US Military would seize some private property of somebody in Germany
at least not without German government cooperation (there’s no conceivable way this private attorney could obtain that) and
there’s no way that any private property was seized by the US Military in Germany without it creating a major public incident, with leftist media all over the story
Thus, these reports do not seem to quite add up?
Comments by Powell and Giuliani regarding the alleged existence and confiscation of servers are likely intended to scare the bejeebers out of anyone involved in data manipulation and machine tampering.
At this point it’s not about what is on servers - they are trying to get witnesses to come forward - and I bet it is working.
If you can change the votes remotely or use algorithms to change votes from one candidate to the other, why do you need to “count” votes in Germany? This is getting unbelievable
From an affidavit I saw earlier, fraud is an actual advertised feature of the machines. It will definitely be found in the code of every machine, however the proof that it was used is not on those machines.
What I’m referring to is the claim—which I first saw in a tweet by Louis Gohmert—that “the U.S. Army,” or any element of the U.S. armed forces, seized servers in Frankfurt belonging to Scytl or some other private company. There’s no way that could happen, under the NATO SOFA or otherwise. You are right that elements of the U.S. military could have some involvement in a seizure by German authorities, although I’m not sure that would implicate the SOFA.
I don’t know what exactly Powell said on Beck. In the press conference yesterday, she stated that it was “true” that, in the words of the questioning reporter, “There were reports that a piece of hardware, possibly a server, was picked up in Germany.” That is, in fact, true as a broad statement, I suppose: A server was in fact seized in Germany, by German authorities, in July, from a “wikileaks” type group that had information stolen from a law enforcement database in Houston. If that’s what she’s referring to, though, then Powell is wrong when she said “It is somehow related to this.”
I’m with you on the rest. I think the Dominion stuff and other claims of electronic vote tampering are a red herring and a distraction from the real problem: the unprecedented amount of voting by mail. If this election was swung by any illegality, it’s going to be in the mail-in votes in the form of ballot harvesting and mail-in voting fraud. The Democrats have already perfected ballot harvesting in California, and ballot harvesting laws are difficult to enforce even where its illegal. And it would not take too many people or much technical sophistication to mine public voter rolls and other public information to find a good number of registered voters who are probably dead or otherwise inactive, and then apply for mail-in ballots on their behalf.
That’s where the focus needs to be, both now and over the next several years to prevent this from happening again. Let no Republican-controlled state legislature in the country begin their next session without introducing bills to: (1) prohibit any “no excuse” mail-in voting; (2) ensure real verification measures to prevent fraud with whatever absentee ballots are still permitted; and (3) require aggressive auditing and purging of dead or relocated voters from the rolls.
It was reported a few days ago that those social media sites were making it harder to find people like Lin Wood, Sidney and others because they did something with their search apparatus.
That was a crooked FBI leadership - my guess if this is the military, it’s in real patriots hands.

I pray and hope you’re right. Us patriots need some kind of good news soon, which finally shuts liberal pieholes.
If they do not have the servers, evidence is not evidence...much like Lin posting today stating a few mobile paper shredding trucks were spotted in Atlanta wee hours...evidence was destroyed.
Not this fake crap again.
It’s fake and makes people look stupid when they repeat it.
That is an absolutely inane headline that gives no clue what the story is about unless you already know the back story.
Holy crap! They are both shadow banned as of today!
As mentioned above the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) with Germany could allow this. Google or Bing or search engine you prefer - it's a binding agreement and explains how it works. I read it.
That said, who knows if it actually happened and what is still on those servers?
Think clandestine special operators (SEAL's, Delta Force, CIA). With our SOFA with Germany, it's in the realm of possibility.
Yes it is certainly possible. Agreed. But there’s not been a single squeak reported from the German government not even a pro forma protest just for appearance sake. So —-?
Trusty Plan™️!!!
You are making one big assumption....
That democrats running election processes in various cities believe in obeying the laws.
