Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

There were several companies that received contracts to implement the MOVE Act under FVAP under DoD. The Act specified that the recipients of such contracts (bid through the states individually) were to (only) be US companies; so, Scytl opened an office in VA and put a US flag out front ... DoD approved.
The article above highlights how Scytl then underbid the other vendors by not agreeing to supply the election data to the other vendor(s) ES&S leaving the program in turmoil.

BTW I had a thought today about Trump firing Esper right now, and has not yet gotten rid of Haspel, Wray or Chad WOlf. If he had gotten rid of them earlier and replaced with Actings, they can only be actings for 210 days. So if they had used up a bunch of their time, it would not work right. So better to replace them right before “the troubles” so he has time with the good actings in place until the dust settles.

It would be like an “Amber Alert” for the entire connected nation.
So if he has that power, and if all of this fraud has been securely recorded....
Trump has the authority to bypass the media channels to transmit this information to the American public. As a matter of national security.
It’s as if he’s the teacher, no the principal, about to herd not the whole class but the whole school into the auditorium, and make everyone sit down, and then dim the lights, and roll out the A/V equipment, and make everyone watch a film that is way stranger than fiction.

Well, it’s attributed to “sources familiar with the investigation”. Those often don’t pan out.
Also, *rubbing hands together* I would not object to President Trump declassifying everything if Durham (appeared to) back way. In that scenario, this move and counter move would be managing optics. *rubs hands together* In which case, we’d need to rally patriots to ask the President to intervene and then he would DECLAS.
Actually, my first thought was “nobody is afraid of Biden” right now. Fear of “Biden blowback” doesn’t make sense given that Obama, Brennan and Hillary are implicated along with him. No one would undertake an investigation of the Deep State if they were concerned about “blowback”, least of all, Joe Biden blowback.
Maybe blowback refers to timing - not now when the election has not yet been called (Looking at you, MSM) and the current coup attempt is getting more attention that then prior one? Could look like an attempt to sway public opinion to support calling the election for Donald Trump. If that’s the case, then Durham can wait for the public to come up to speed on Biden’s other treasonous acts (e.g., stealing this election) and for the election to be called for Trump before going forward with prosecution.

The following drop refers to CISA. Somehwere upthread or in Festival, a FReeQ posted that CISA is in charge of that EBS (Emergency Broadcast System) phone system and also has control over internet services in an emergency. Hopefully the FReeQ who posted will see this and clarify.

I failed to mention in my post about CISA that it houses both election integrity and the EBS, and controls Internet, almost like they planned to reduce inter-agency comms by housing a response kit of services WHEN the election results were physically contested in some manner(s).
Also, upthread, I posted about @JohnHereToHelp and Nancy Pelosi talking about setting up a second presidency. I added that the MSM may claim he conceded and that they may have been creating a believable looking pressroom to hold Biden pressers. At the time I thought the MSM may claim Trump called Biden to concede.
I wonder if they have created a deepfake video falsely portraying the POTUS conceding. They’ve had a few years to create one. About 2 years ago MSM/Social media hammered the public with fear porn that the white hats were creating deep fakes. Since black hats always accuse white hats of doing what the Deep State is actually doing, maybe they were setting up the public for a deepfake video taped POTUS concession speech.
At the time MSM and social media were pushing video demonstrations of Deep Fakes, I assumed they were trying to protect Obama/Hillary/Bill et. al. from damaging videos the white hats could DECLAS. While this may still be true, it might also be their standard modus operandi in that they may have been in the process of creating a deepfake of Trump conceding.

In October 2018, the Emergency Management Agency and Federal Communications Commission ran a test of the Wireless Emergency Alerts system (WEA).
The wireless test was a presidential alert, though not sent by the President this time, and everyone with a compatible smartphone got a test message. There’s a mandate by the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Modernization Act of 2015 that requires such a test be conducted at least every three years.
In theory, the President could use this system to make an emergency broadcast should the nation’s communications systems go down for some reason.
