I know the Governor can call a special session of legislature, which he refuses to do.
I believe he can also get the GBI involved to investigate the fraud. At the very least, the four workers at the arena should be questioned.

I’m appalled at my home state, Georgia is better than this. @BrianKempGA

It will require a full forensic audit including the machines and elimination of Dominion and other computerized voting systems to restore trust in our systems and it must include all Dominion equipment which they are destroying rapidly.

The best way to insure a @KLoeffler and @sendavidperdue VICTORY is to allow signature checks in the Presidential race, which will insure a Georgia Presidential win (very few votes are needed, many will be found). Spirits will soar and everyone will rush out and VOTE! @BrianKempGA
Agreed. Can the legislature force a signature audit? Or does that fall solely to the SOS?
The Governor can direct the GBI to investigate. But that would take time and wouldn’t necessarily change the outcome of the election. I doubt they would be able to prove fraud in time for the legislature to change the vote certification and electors.
I seriously doubt if they will have names or signatures equal to the number of ballots in the suitcases. They may NOT have more ballots than people. That was one thing Gore v Bush established.
Then we go back to the 1800 SCOTUS decision of Fraud eliminating a candidate.
That’s not nearly as prevalent today after yesterday’s bombshell testimony and attached video of unambiguous voter fraud perpetrated in Georgia on election night. In the video and testimony, we saw and heard about election officials sending everyone home, then pulling out containers of previously hidden ballots to continue the count without supervision. As Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani noted, this changes everything.
“The Georgia middle of the night theft of thousands of votes changes everything,” Giuliani Tweeted. “Watch it and Biden is not-elect anything. Looks like Biden Democrats doing a bank heist. In 5 states there are 800 sworn statements of eyewitnesses to Democrat cheating. States changing.”

Very sad and strange.
As Bannon always says.....I don’t believe in conspiracies, but there are no coincidences, either.
President Trump is asking all Christians to pray today at 4:00 ET when they go to the Supreme Court.

It is the response of each states Sos to administrate the election fairly and secure the ballot. Has anyone sued the Georgia SOS yet?
Lin wood filed suit on 11/13 and Powell on 11/25.
Kemp did not meet with Pence today either because of a family emergency
Where is it in the system? Has it been to the appellate level yet?
