Agreed. Can the legislature force a signature audit? Or does that fall solely to the SOS?
The Governor can direct the GBI to investigate. But that would take time and wouldn’t necessarily change the outcome of the election. I doubt they would be able to prove fraud in time for the legislature to change the vote certification and electors.
It is the response of each states Sos to administrate the election fairly and secure the ballot. Has anyone sued the Georgia SOS yet?
