It was a joke.
But if there was class action lawsuit that paid the Trump voters who were disenfranchised, the Trump voters would sign up & therefore we could count the people on the lawsuit & you would know the number of Trump voters.
Again, a JOKE, as poor as it was, it was an attempt.
