I understand all that, but she needs to be able to put a name to this person, so he could be subpoenaed to state if he did that or not, and if he did why? Otherwise it is just someone saying I saw. It is also a PROVEN fact what someone thinks they saw is not always correct.

I understand but that's not possible in this situation. Not everyone was close enough to read a nametag or even if they had a name tag. They were asked to describe the person/height/hair color/what they had on. That's about all they could do. And they were asked the time they worked and what days.
