About the house, we calculated it might take about $53,000 to do all the fixes. So we offered 40,000 less. Pretty sure they wouldn’t have gone the whole way but we will see. It’s a pain thinking of moving into a house that needs work, so if they don’t take it that will be fine.
We can wait longer if we need to, like you said. I feel so sorry for the dogs, it is getting so cold out. They are in these tiny pens and they can’t even run around to keep warm. And I know they don’t have electricity out there for heating pads or anything, because I offered to give them my animal heating pad when my outside cat became an inside cat when he got old. And they had no electricity.
I was going to start volunteering at a animal rescue place here. I think I still will when we move, it is right over there, but all they do is take the animals and release them back to people in the community. I think we need to get them out of here! These people are horrible to animals. Not all of course, but I don’t feel comfortable letting a kitten or puppy go off with someone here. Maybe if they moved here but you can’t really discriminate that way. A friend of mine in Arkansas has a great rescue, they put all the animals on the website, they know their personalities, and they match them up with people that want them and will pay for them. I would think an animal in that situation would have a much better chance of getting a good home. Anyway I might look into doing the transport thing if the owner of the rescue is willing.

When wholesale fraud and corruption and criminality are employed to steal the quadrennial POTUS election by one of the two major party candidates, the victor automatically becomes the other presidential nominee with the greatest number of electoral votes.
In the case of the 2020 POTUS election, the Democrat ticket of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has been cited for carrying out the greatest election cycle crime wave via fraud and theft in U.S. history. Hence, the prematurely and illegitimately declared Biden victory is now null and void under the law.
Therefore, President Trump has been elected by default for a second term beginning January 20, 2021. Neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris have yet to even respond to the countless cases of election fraud currently under investigation, which have been reported to the authorities quite suspiciously in primarily the crucial battleground states. Biden’s complete lack of response to this weighty matter speaks volumes about his obvious complicity in this ongoing election theft.

This is not the case and the U.S. Supreme Court has set a loud and clear precedent indicating so. The SCOTUS ruled in a landmark case UNITED STATES v. THROCKMORTON (98 US 61 – Supreme Court 1878) that “fraud vitiates everything”.[1]
KEY POINT: By categorically asserting that “fraud vitiates everything”, the SCOTUS affirms that perpetrating fraud undermines the entire endeavor, the whole contract, the complete judgment, the final result … or the election outcome, etc. Once the fraud is proven, the enterprise in its entirety, such as a POTUS candidacy or campaign, has been irreparably tainted and any result is invalidated. In order words, if it was only the Michigan vote was stolen by Team Biden, their victory would still have been nullified since “fraud vitiates everything”. (“Vitiates” in this legal context means negates, quashes, annuls, invalidates, revokes and abrogates) See: Let’s be very clear about the 2020 election outcome: “FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING”.
Therefore, once this quite deliberate Democrat fraud took place, the Biden-Harris candidacy was essentially self-terminated. From that point forward, there’s no reason for President Trump to even acknowledge their presence in the POTUS race. Well, now there’s no new house. The owners didn’t want to take anything off. It’s amazing how many people move into a house, trash it, and then expect to get the same amount of money back. We had a super good inspector. So it is possible, and even likely, that a bad inspector won’t catch things and the house will sell.
Hubby was a home inspector for a while. It ended up that the Realtors only hire the inspectors that get the house is sold. Meaning they miss most of the problems. My husband refused to be that kind of inspector and so quit. But he did figure out who are good ones and that’s who we are hiring.
