This is utterly ridiculous.
There is no meaningful way an observer could see the ballots being handled at such a distance.
I would hope the people walking around are Poll Watchers who do seem close enough to observe how the recount is being done.
Not sure how many poll watchers were authorized and of course both parties have them.’

The GA GOP Chairman says she is an Observer. But obviously they've made it impossible for her to observe.
