Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

This Reuters article linked in the article you linked to has damning info. Photo of Krebs and he does look derpish. There is a lot more at article. Now looks to me as though Krebs and Ware were left in their positions to catch them, too.

Krebs has drawn praise from both Democrats and Republicans for his handling of the election, which generally ran smoothly despite persistent fears that foreign hackers might try to undermine the vote.
But he drew the ire of the Trump White House over a website run by CISA dubbed “Rumor Control” which debunks misinformation about the election, according to the three people familiar with the matter.
White House officials have asked for content to be edited or removed which pushed back against numerous false claims about the election, including that Democrats are behind a mass election fraud scheme. CISA officials have chosen not to delete accurate information.
In particular, one person said, the White House was angry about a CISA post rejecting a conspiracy theory that falsely claims an intelligence agency supercomputer and program, purportedly named Hammer and Scorecard, could have flipped votes nationally. No such system exists, according to Krebs, election security experts and former U.S. officials.
On Twitter, U.S. Senator Mark Warner, a Democrat, wrote: “Chris Krebs has done a great job protecting our elections. He is one of the few people in this Administration respected by everyone on both sides of the aisle. There is no possible justification to remove him from office. None.”
That could be one way to look at it - but I'm using the live data feed from election night.
The toughest part is making sure we account for possible rounding errors of the numbers, and that the anomalies still fall outside those boundaries. If so, that is clear fraud caused by the software.
Still working through it. It's pretty challenging due to needing to account for rounding errors. Actual votes of the candidates can fall into a "range", since the real-time data was reported in percentages, not actual votes.
IMO the answer is that the values are likely maintained, stored + transferred in DOUBLE PRECISION format. Aside from the standard(s) you get to a point where ultimately you need to accumulate extremely large numbers and that requires a DOUBLE to store the data in or process using.

Trump may want to avoid exposing the computer fraud in court except as a last resort.
I read that the Iranian mullahs, responding to US election developments, want "compensation" for past American wrongdoings. Not sure what they're talking about, but it could be they're angling to extort money from Bitem as reparations for past vote meddling in Iran (even if that meddling was in the mullahs favor). The US State Dept. or CIA or who knows who, riddled with Marxists and Islamists, may be complicit in dozens of countries' unfair elections, and those countries would be happy extort Bitem for ransom payments.
