Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Elections are the State controlled.
The States can get recommendations from the Fed but the Fed cannot dictate (demand) specific actions.
post-POTUS means the States must work together with Fedzilla to recover the credibility of the Election process.
Trump could be set aside and another Republican also chosen as well. I think the Senate also has one state one vote for the VP.
It might be done that way to mute the anger on both sides.

theoretically, the electors could change their vote. But a lot of vetting and effort goes into making sure the delegates on a slate are 100% behind the candidate. I have been a delegate. I know.
Consider, also, that there was predicted to be a large increase for 3rd-party candidates because of a combination of TDS and dislike for Joe Dementia.
Could the margin poll the number of ballots received for Jorgenson v. previous percentages and any “overs” be credited to Biden by the software?
