Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

3 days ago I wrote this estimate about how the AZ election would hold up. I still stand by it. We are now at about 95% votes counted & Trump is only down 18K. I estimated Trump would be down 13K at this point. Close enough. Trump picks up 8-9K votes every percentage point.

tough finding info re: contesting election and deadlines for it. Gone bug-eyed reading state statutes.
Here’s a half-way decent explanation for some states - assuming it’s true...
PA - has to be filed within 20 days of the election
MI - not codified - appears to be subject to review by the AG, which is a RAT
AZ - Not codified but a process is in place.
NC - Process in place - in 2019, the state board ordered a congressional election rerun
WI - no contest of an election - recount is the only recourse.
I’ll keep searching. It would be great for us to know.
