tough finding info re: contesting election and deadlines for it. Gone bug-eyed reading state statutes.
Here’s a half-way decent explanation for some states - assuming it’s true...
PA - has to be filed within 20 days of the election
MI - not codified - appears to be subject to review by the AG, which is a RAT
AZ - Not codified but a process is in place.
NC - Process in place - in 2019, the state board ordered a congressional election rerun
WI - no contest of an election - recount is the only recourse.
