We live in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. A lot of fireworks were set off on Halloween. We had not noticed fireworks being a part of Halloween during prior years.
We are now hearing fireworks, again, tonight.
First, is anyone else noticing fireworks in their neighborhoods?
Second, can anyone imagine what would occasion fireworks?
I am concerned that maybe we are being conditioned to hearing explosive sounds in time for the election.

When did fireworks on Halloween become a thing?
I’m in Texas and have neighbors that think fireworks are just the thing for every holiday, even Easter, but nothing this weekend.
