Yes, if one believes (as I do) that it is a deliberate biological weapon attack; then it is logical there would be follow-up efforts to spread it if feasible.
The only factor that gives me pause is that the virus "Bomb" evidently required a multi-month "Incubation period" in Wuhan, a very large city, before the Wuhan infectees were essentially FORCED out of Wuhan, and out of China as the initial attack on the U.S. and rest of world.
This suggests to me that a large number of human carriers was the optimal vector for transmission of the virus.
These are just speculations of course. YOUR IDEA MAY BE EXACTLY RIGHT. It is certainly worthy of consideration, and is the type of serious thinking America badly needs right now!
