Having it disappear isn't enough. The perpetrators need to be identified, charged, and stripped of any power to repeat it for COVID20, COVID21, etc. Laws need to be put in place now to prevent the power mad Communists from repeating it, starting with:
-No government office can make any diktat based on a "study" that can't be repeated.
-No government office can make any diktat based on a "study" that was done overseas - none of this nonsense of shopping in England for some fictitious study. If the study can't be replicated by a U.S. firm that assumes liability for their errors, it CANNOT be used as the source for the diktat.
-No government office can make any diktat based on a study without releasing ALL raw data. This isn't just limited to COVID either. This needs to include the "Global Warming" too.
-Any company or government agency that publishes a study used for the diktat is liable for the accuracy of the data.
-No government office can make any diktat that has an unlimited time span. The legislature has to vote to end or extend it every two weeks, if not weekly.
-Any such diktat is immediately declared null and void with immediate fines and imprisonment for false enforcement the moment the governor or mayor declares it doesn't apply to "protestors" or they themselves disobey their own diktat.
-Along the lines of "innocent until proven guilty", the burden is on the diktat issuer to prove the restrictions work, not for the victims to sue to prove they don't. The diktat issuer cannot issue any diktat they cannot prove works.
-Any government agency that hides, distorts, or fails to report data accurately will be held criminally accountable for restrictions as well as financially responsible for any burdens suffered by those affected.
--Any diktat based on missing or false data is immediately null and void.
