Here’s why this is a big deal:

With the Dominion System, a voter prints a paper ballot “receipt,” inserts it into a scanner, which takes a pdf snapshot receipt, then officially registers your vote.

So if votes were digitally altered afterwards, there are 2 receipts to prove it
