Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

4. Normalizing pedophilia and lowering the age of consent
5. Glorifying and normalizing sex outside of marriage in every possible manner no matter how vile, degraded, immoral, dangerous or disgusting
6. Sex education starting at kindergartener age that teaches everything from masturbation, transcrap and more and preventing parents from knowing that kids are being taught in schools
7. Demonzing the real natural (God given) differences between male and female
8. Demonizing the destroying the natural family
9. Legalizing pornography including the most extreme and vicious
10. Legalizing child pornography as long as it’s not photos or imgages of “real” children
11. NAMBLA is allowed to print its “how to” books
12. Hate speech/hate books/etc teach differently
That’s off the top of my head.

I don't think the shop owner's friends or Rudy Guiliani is legally authorized to possess such images.
I'm not sure that that level of legality is a great concern to the officials in charge of or monitoring all this. I think the greater concern is bringing the perps to justice. As long as folks are on the side of doing that, I doubt a narrow interpretation of that law would reign.
I think it's a distraction from the treason in the emails - I could be wrong of course but it seems like some are attempting to shift the focus away from the pay for play and treason in the emails to a sex thing like Clinton's trading missile technology to the Chinese for a campaign contribution turned into the Monica intern BJ thing.
I believe TRUMP is deadly serious about both major issues, cp maybe most important to him for moral, emotional, Christian reasons. But also the Treason.
I believe the cp carries the most emotional weight & impact. But Trump is also deadly serious about justice for treason.
I do think that Treason is more complicated to prove and to bring to justice vs cp with videos in hand of the perps in action.
Not trying to minimize kiddie porn or sex abuse, it's very possible but keeping stuff like that in your possession is insane.

How do you introduce evidence? Hard to figure this out from media versions of the story which just seem incomplete and don't quite add up logically. Bottom line is both Bidens need to be nailed and don't want them to slide on some bs.
I don't think Trump is likely to let them slide for any reason. He seems to be a stickler on justice and particularly so re cp and treason.

I’ve seen these theories... also seen rumors there is a smoking gun that says Jill and Joe paid somebody to kill the wife and that Jill rear ended the wife’s car into the path of the oncoming truck. But all theories, nothing solid.

No, it does NOT extend to Article I information. He can't DECLAS material originating within the Congress. They have sole control over that information.
He has absolute authority over Article II (Executive Branch) material provided to the Congress.
This is why classified briefing material is provided to Congress in writing and not in person. This way if a Congresscritter (Adam Schiff for Brains) discloses the info, they will have committed a federal felony and can be arrested for it.
If Schiff for Brains releases classified testimony, it gets legally murky. You'll need a legal beagle for that.
