Meaning the moderator can mute Trump any time it wants so no one can hear him?

I cannot imagine that Trump will agree to have a “debate” with this. It’s getting freaking wild.

Both candidates will be muted, not just Trump. If Biden is speaking for the two minute initial answer to a question Trump’s mic will be muted. Same goes for Biden when Trump answers a question.
