Made a call to CO. Shooter Matthew Dolloff has not been charged
KUSA says he came from Pinkerton.
Dolloff does have a concealed, carry permit.
Contrary to reports, not been charged.
No license to work in a security capacity.

There are definitely frames missing from that composite.
The feds need to come in with civil rights charges.

This is relatively low paying work, but he’s driving all that way.

Sounds like Pinkerton hires independent contractors under their name, which I’d like to think means they could be sued for not exercising due caution.
The first photo (are there any earlier photos?) shows Dolloff pushing or grabbing Keltner’s vest with his left hand. Then the next two photos provided show Keltner responding by slapping Dolloff across the face, causing Dolloff to release contact with Keltner.
A subsequent photo shows Keltner taking a step back from the confrontation. And then there’s the photo of Dolloff reaching for his gun with his right hand. The next photo shows Keltner spraying as Dolloff points a gun at him.
It appears that Dolloff fired after Keltner start to spray. Also it appears that Dolloff did not take a step back to avoid or minimize contact with the spray, but remained with his left leg forward and his right leg back to maintain control following the recoil.
One question (which Keitner can’t answer) is whether Keitner started his spraying because he saw Dolloff pulling out his gun.
Well, you know, there are many reasons people indelibly mark their skin with graffiti that can only be removed by painful laser or grinding procedures. It could be totally innocent.
Like my brother-in-law who had his first wife's name "Michele" tattooed in 40 point font across his chest. It turned out that he was just paying for his tattoo in installments and was still getting the money together to finish spelling the name of his favorite beer on his body. I mean, yeah, he only got enough ahead to add the "-ob" when he started dating my sister, and I guess it was kind of funny both that he spelled the beer wrong and that the last part of the name had to go around his side, but it's the same thing.
A supposed "Antifa" tattoo could really mean anything, it's just wrong for us to assume that he is part of a violent, ironically named, leftist authoritarian group simply because of his skin paintings. Isn't it?
Yup....only question is are they being withheld or did the female photographer with antifa friend privileges delete them before she sold a series to Getty images.

Oh, and did she volunteer them to Denver PD as evidence before or after the sale? Does DPD even have the camera and memory in their possession and logged in as evidence?
If this guy has a self-defense claim, that shifts some of the blame from the victim. That helps Pinkerton, News9, etc. I expect the Denver PD to do what it takes to help them there.

Prosecutors should be able to subpoena the complete set of images.
