Your thinking on my lines. I think they were stolen a while back and they have been scrambling to cover it up...and with the glitch the other morning ..now just talking out loud not knowing a thing about the machines....was there a safety net placed in and when things didn't line up they had no option but to start the voting. Not sure if its to their benefit or ours.

The debate committee needs a way for BIDEN to have no interruptions while he was reading teleprompter in his eye and hear people coach him in his ear.

Wonderful speech given by our President at the Alfred Smith Dinner.
Very serious, not a year for the usually funniness.
Dang, sorry I missed Slow Joe, NOT!!!!

(Investigative reporter )
A laptop and USB devices were stolen sometime this week from the Philadelphias elections storage warehouse.
I went over this morning to check out the security situation. I was able to walk right into the voting machine storage unit, alone, for several minutes.
City Commissioners told me this morning the stolen devices have been disabled & they do not compromise the integrity of the Nov. election.
When this video ends, I ran into an staffer who told me press cant be in the building. I told him the door was open & I announced my name.
This is the outside of the storage warehouse where the theft took place. I didnt see any security cameras outside or in the building.
The staffer wouldnt answer my questions about security. On the phone, Deputy City Nick Custodian told me that a security guard should be stationed there at all times now. He was not for some reason. I did see a security walking to the other end of the property when I pulled up.
Theres a man sitting in the door now, more staffers coming in and out of the building. I likely just walked in at a moment where no one is around, but the ease of access was still alarming to me.
JUST IN: In response to the theft & my subsequent reporting from the warehouse, @PhillyMayor
is ramping up security:
- Increased guards at the site 24/7
- Adding round-the-clock police presence
- a new logging procedure for entering/exiting the building

there's a lot of assuming here that access to the inactive machines means more than the ability to lift a pile of scrap
BenVC
How do you know these are inactive and not going to be used in the upcoming election? Huge problem here IMO
Chris Alfano
they're in a warehouse with bags over them, it's something reasonable to confirm but I can't imagine they're ready to count votes without some on-site final setup
localzuk
That's just the thing. Physical access to a device like this is enough to totally compromise it. Those on site final setup steps would likely never know a machine was compromised.
Chris Alfano
maybe, maybe not. that's assuming a lot about the machine and system's architecture, if by compromise we mean actually have an impact on the election without tripping any safeguards
Chris Alfano
my point is: our election security model shouldn't be premised on locking down the warehousing and distribution of machines to school gymnasiums in every county across the country. there's always thing to be unlocked doors no one's standing by while these things sit around

Which is why electronic voting is a bad idea.
Chris Alfano
I agree, but a cursory search shows the reality to be a reasonable compromise:

I like having it at Janesville the home of that rat weasel Paul Ryan. He did everything he could to flip the house of representatives to the Democrats.

Most people would have put their adult hand outside the little girls arm. Biden is really creepy. And what is wrong with Bidens fingernails?

Did any of you or someone else here notice that as the reporter was walking through the warehouse the machines pretty much as I could see...had bright green lights on??? If they're not being used why are the lights on???

Me too. LOL
*HE* doesn’t have anything but it looks like President Trump tweeted about 7 p.m. Eastern that he’ll be interviewed by Sean Hannity at 9:00 Eastern. Wonder if that’s what he meant?
Also, I think the Al Smith Dinner (where President Trump will speak) began at 7:00 Eastern.
To: Spirit of Liberty
Lol - I can’t imagine that Vannity and the president was worthy of a cliff hanger tweet like this. As much as I love the president, I still won’t listen to Vannity! Plus, the president is fairly regularly on Vannity, so it’s not that big a deal.
Maybe we’ll find out one day lol.
