Your thinking on my lines. I think they were stolen a while back and they have been scrambling to cover it up...and with the glitch the other morning ..now just talking out loud not knowing a thing about the machines....was there a safety net placed in and when things didn't line up they had no option but to start the voting. Not sure if its to their benefit or ours.

My opinion. The software in PA was taken off premise to reprogram. The plan was to return the reprogrammed material undetected They were caught in the act.
